Is a manual treadmill better than a electric one?
Is it better for loosing weight and is it better overall.
I am a runner and i run each day, but i want to run at night aswell and i can’t do that outside, so which type of treadmill is the one for me
I guess it depends on what you can afford,I think manual treadmills are cheaper.
Manual treadmills make you work harder because you’re the one making it move but you also need to hold on to the handles (not good) and it’s difficult to get into a fast paced run.Also you can’t change the speeds,just the incline.
I have a manual but would much rather have electric.
