    would it be better to put it on easy for 30Min’s or on hard for 30 Min’s to lose weight??

    30 mins easy to start off. once youre used to it or it becomes too easy for you then you can think about either increasing the time or changing the levels

    If you have excess fat, it is always better to put it on a low weight to begin with as this will burn fat and not gain muscle, once youve lost the weight you wanted to lose, then it is better to put your machine on hard as this will build muscle and help to tone :) xxx
